Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Currently, we cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Please check at checkout if your country is eligible.

5.4 International Customers

6. Returns and Refunds

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our “Sleeping Gear for Camping” category cannot be returned unless faulty:
